"This is add on to my original post today December 18th 2025. The defensive driving certificate never arrived but Ellen was awesome to remind me to submit not to lose my discount. Well this was so helpful that Chasity found me even greater savings and called me with this incredible news. Money is flying out over the holidays. I have to add more to 5 stars today 2/18 Nikki helped me with something should have done by my previous company done in a phone and email. Then yesterday I looked into adding a new vehicle. Chasity answered all my questions in minutes. Amazing coverage and lower price than expected. Every time I call or stop by the staff address or fix immediately. Owner came out to thank me. I thanked him and his staff. My rates at my previous company went up. No notice. No call. I get calls, emails and mail asking how they can do more. So happy with the service. I have to commend them all."

"Staff lacks communication, no one calls back unless it’s to make a sale, raises prices every 3 months without warning and without harsh inquiries. My sister totaled her car and got paid out half of the cars value based on the links we sent them for comparison. Ghosted her after links were sent so she was forced to accept there lowball of a payout to get a new car. Would not recommend to anyone, I was with them for 3 years could have saved thousands. Got better coverage elsewhere for almost 50% of the cost. (Edit2/4/26) I’ve been with another company for months and they have decreased my payment monthly!"

"I walked in to the office and was greeted respectfully and was asked to wait for an associate to be available. While I was waiting the Owner of the agency passed by and he said hello to me. About 10 minutes later Eric came to me and said how can I help and offered me coffee or water . I said I am ok for now then I started talking about the situation and explained the reason for my visit. He started working on it, during that process he made a very lengthy call to help resolve the issue. He spent almost 1&1/2 hour with me and was very diligent and helpful and finally was able to resolve the issue at hand. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. While waiting there an other agent passed her name is Astrid who has previously worked with me offered me a cup of coffee which I accepted. She made a cup of coffee and I enjoyed that while Eric was helping me. it was very nice of her and even she did not have to do that because someone else was helping.
