"This is add on to my original post today December 18th 2025. The defensive driving certificate never arrived but Ellen was awesome to remind me to submit not to lose my discount. Well this was so helpful that Chasity found me even greater savings and called me with this incredible news. Money is flying out over the holidays. Chasity looked closer at the situation and worked her magic. She called me personally with a Christmas gift. Savings. My other company never called to help me. Scott Marxer hires the best. First of all Scott Marxer has been the most respected and honest person I know. He honestly told me to continue with my coverage. But things change and I remembered him doing best by me. I contacted Astrid and she did the best to help me after having some unfortunate situations. She increased my coverage for less. So pleased and feeling valued. Scott has the best in Astrid. Scott was a team player when we grew up together and continued in his livelihood as being their as good neighbor. Nikki helped me get my cards immediately as well. State Farm is really there for you. Astrid went all out for me. It would not have mattered knowing the Amazing Scott Marxer. She does for all. All staff are working hard when it is a holiday. Many on their way home. Not them ready to assist. Thank you Scott Marxer and your staff especially Astrid for protecting my family at reasonable cost. Definitely saved and more protection.
I have to add more to 5 stars today 2/18
Nikki helped me with something should have done by my previous company done in a phone and email. Then yesterday I looked into adding a new vehicle. Chasity answered all my questions in minutes. Amazing coverage and lower price than expected. Every time I call or stop by the staff address or fix immediately. Owner came out to thank me. I thanked him and his staff. My rates at my previous company went up. No notice. No call. I get calls, emails and mail asking how they can do more. So happy with the service. I have to commend them all.

I wanted to update since Agency 2026. I had the pleasure of Chasity adding my 17 year old to my policy. We saved so much more than expected with only 100s instead of thousands. Chasity is so patient with me. I didn't follow up. Chasity did.I met her on person and Scott Marxer on the way out. I told him Chasity was awesome and his whole team. They answer calls,texts, emails and actually care about my family while saving money for the best coverage. I recommend Scott Marxer State Farm to all . I don't give reviews lightly.
